This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have nice views on the historical harbor front of the hanseatic city. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms even come with a huge flatscreen TV. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a variety of hot items included in the price.

Hotel is very convenient to the 'old town'. Beautiful location on the Ilmenau River and little harbor. Room was very large and nicely furnished. All buildings of the complex are conveniently sited to each other. Very desirable place to stay.

Pillows were not up to the standards of our other hotel accommodations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Situated right on the river, it offers stunning views of the old harbour. With nice restaurants nearby, it is at the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms also provide a nice view, especially if you have a balcony. And to top it off, breakfast is included, with several hot items to choose from.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Luneburg! This is really a great place to stay when visiting Luneburg. Staff is very friendly and helpful, beautiful large room, excellent location of the hotel in the middle of the old town, spectacular view on the city, really nice terrace for dinner and breakfast, excellent breakfast, very convenient garage facilities. One of the best places where we staid! And we travel a lot... Really a great place I would recommend for city travelling, romance/honeymoon, etc. I will go back!

Food, Staff, Service, Atmosphere were all excellent.

Bath-Towels were too small. Top floor rooms have restricted headroom so painfull at times if you are tall. The car park was too small, the underground carpark was poor.. ...There was nowhere to turnaround if all the spaces were occupied. I had to reverse up a tricky steep slope with tight bends..concrete walls everywhere. Try doing it after a 15 hour work day in the dark in heavy rain!!! There should be an electronic sign to display if there are any free spaces remaining below ground.

Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with car hire, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available to cater to all my needs.

Lovely room and lots of facilities to offer

Great central location city centre on the door step , and also very close for good rail links to hamburg and lubeck. Restaurant good food and service and I would also say reasonable price for meals. Helpful staff

Could I suggest you advertise the proximity of the railway station and frequent trains to hamburg as a point of interest for lesuire travellers
